Gordale Scar Camp Site

Situated in a field at the entrance to Gordale Scar and a few minutes walk from Janet's Foss waterfall. The Gordale Beck stream runs through the site. The nearest village is Malham (about 20 mins walk), where there are two pubs a cafe, newsagent and small shop. Stock up with groceries before getting to Malham. Just north of the village is Malham Cove, a spectacular limestone amphitheatre, 260 feet high. The site gets busy with hikers walking through on their way to Gordale Scar. For birdwatchers, Malham Tarn National Nature Reserve is three miles north of Malham village.

Toilets and Shower block on site. No open fires allowed but off ground BBQ's permitted.
