Fold Farm Campsite Kettlewell

This small farm site is up a country lane from the village of Kettlewell, about 5-10 minutes walk. The site is suitable for walks to Bucken Pike and Great Wherside. It is close to the joining of Dowber Gill Beck and Cam Gill Beck (small clean streams off the moors). The village has three pubs, The Kings Head is the nearest one, and is a good traditional English pub complete with log fire serving real ale. The Bluebell Inn and Racehorses Hotel are set out more for eating, although they both have small bar areas. There is also a children's play park. The facilities include 2 toilets, 2 sinks and 2 coin operated showers. Camping is in two fields, with the better facilities in the lower field, open in peak times only. The top field is on a slope, but it is possible to find level areas.
